We’re proud to share some exciting news. As of 3 June 2025, Standing on Giants is officially 100 percent employee owned.
This marks the end of a two-year transition. From now on, all shares in the company are held by a newly formed Employee Ownership Trust (EOT). The trust exists to represent the collective interests of everyone who works here, alongside the executive board.
When our founders Robbie and Vincent started Standing on Giants, their goal was to build a different kind of company. One that puts people and communities at the centre. With this transition, that goal becomes even more real. We have spent years helping businesses become community powered, and now we can say the same about ourselves.
This move formalises something that has always been part of our culture: shared responsibility, shared success, and a long-term approach to how we grow. We are joining a growing group of companies that believe in fairer and more inclusive ways of doing business.

Employee ownership means the people who work in a company also have a stake in its future. There are different ways this can happen. Sometimes employees own shares directly. In other cases, a trust holds the shares on their behalf. That is the model we have chosen.
An Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) now holds 100 percent of Standing on Giants. This means the company is owned collectively by all employees. The trust helps ensure that the business is run in a way that benefits everyone, not just a few. It supports long-term thinking and shared success.
We are excited about this new chapter and everything it represents.
