What is it?
To successfully introduce any new business system, it is imperative that the purpose of it is clearly articulated. When you first have the idea to introduce a brand-owned community it is all too easy to imagine the many potential benefits: peer-to-peer support, member-led customer acquisition, insight programmes and so on. But these benefits all require close collaboration between the community and its parent company – and that collaboration only happens with careful planning, based on an agreed purpose and goals..

You will also get a sample workflow, showing a high level view of how company and community must work together to achieve your goals.
This gives you the information you need to start planning the execution of your community project.
